Submit ManuscriptThe Wisconsin Law Review is open for submissions for the Spring 2026 cycle starting February 1, 2026.
The Wisconsin Law Review seeks articles that address timely and relevant legal topics of state, national, or international significance. Text and citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22d ed. 2025) and the Chicago Manual of Style (18th ed. 2024). The Wisconsin Law Review gives preference to articles of 20,000 to 30,000 words, including text and footnotes.
The Wisconsin Law Review does not accept submissions from law students enrolled at other schools. Space for student-authored works is reserved for Wisconsin Law Review members and current University of Wisconsin Law School students.
